Can be fiddly and at times messy

Hippie Mama! I am completely aware that some mothers still see cloth nappies as old fashioned, expensive, unhygienic, a hippy trend, or something similar, but I think that it is 100% worth researching into cloth nappies if you have a baby or are expecting. There is so much information and advice...

Cute colours and very good containment

Notthe most absorbant and poppers, not velcro

Well here I am, finally getting time to write another review after a busy house move and having a beautiful baby boy!!! I decided to use cloth nappies quite late on in my pregnancy after several people told me that there are a lot more nappies available than the old squares…so I set about my...

bit expensive to kit out in initially

FuzziBunz are not just a one piece reusable nappy. They are more a two piece system, with the FuzziBunz itself acting as a fleece lined nappy wrap. You have the breatheable water resistant PUL cover with softly elasticated legs, and a microfleece inner liner, which acts to wick away the wet and...

Easy to use, quick drying, slim fitting

none

I has always liked the idea of using reusable nappies instead of disposables but thought it would be too awkward, expensive and time consuming. I had looked about online at guides and shops but was overwhelmed and confused by all the information. Then, one of my friends (who had been using...

Speedy to dry & look great on

None!

I am a recent convert to 'Fuzzi Bunz' re-useable nappies and I shall endeavour to tell you why. The Fuzzi Bunz consists of a layer of waterproof fabric (PUL) and a layer of thin fleece (think fleece jacket, not sheeps fleece!!) sewn together to make a nappy-shaped "pocket". This pocket is stuffed...

I converted to cloth nappies quite late on, when my daughter was ten months. the main problem was that with my son i tried some two part systems ( a nappy with a waterproof PUL wrap) and just didn't like it. Had i known about 'pocket nappies' then, i'd never have looked back! Pocket nappies are...

I bought a few Fuzzis as my friends were raving about them. when they arrived i was impressed. They seemed very well made, looked really funky, the colours were great, and after prewashing they dried really quickly. The only problem was my little mans thighs. He is very chubby thighed and try as...

The Fuzzi Bunz is a pocket style washable nappy, which has a soft nylon waterproof outer shell and a cosy fleece inner - the opening at the back between the two layers provides a pocket for the stuffing (the absorbant bit) of your choice. Micro-inserts made by Fuzzi Bunz can be bought as stuffing...

Initial start up cost

These nappies are fantastic - I was a very reluctant convert to cloth nappies but just had to see what all the fuss was about. I ordered just two to start off with and was immediatley converted. They are so simple to use and as slim fitting as disposable. They also look much prettier under my...

“Fuzzi Bunz - life made easy”

published 20/09/2007

easy to use, reliable

more expensive than some

I'm now on my second child in reuseable nappies. For the first child we tried every brand under the sun. This time we almost exclusively use Fuzzis. They make life as a cloth nappy user so easy. As a pocket nappy system, you can prestuff them all and leave them waiting for nappy change time...

Very easy to use, quick to dry

Leaky, expensive

I really, really wanted to love Fuzzi Bunz. I reasoned with myself that if they were outstanding I could justify the extra expense over a standard two-part nappy system. To explain: Fuzzis are a stuffable nappy system. The Fuzzi Bunz itself is a clever hybrid design. The outer layer is PUL, the...

Very Easy to use

Can't use Nappy Rash Creams because of the fleece

As a recent convert to cloth nappies I was very impressed with the pocket nappy system. They are very easy to use and maintain. They are perfect for people who wish to convert to cloth nappies with the minimum of fuss. They are also easy for someone else to use, e.g childminder or grandparent...
