GAME Wii Steering Wheel Version 2

...with the wheel which comes with this game, we have Wii trucks and just used the Wii controller and I found it harder to control the trucks but with the wheel you just insert the controller in the wheel and just turn your wheel as you go round a corner, also tilt the wheel forward to do wheelies if you are on a bike. You can use the wheel or your Wii controller and nunchuck or your classic controller and also the Gamecube Controller, all the buttons used to move are in the booklet but basically press 2 to accelerate apparently if you press 2 at the right time at the start of the race you can go slightly faster at the start but if you press 2 too early it makes the car spin and you go nowhere, so it is a matter of getting used to when to press 2 to accelerate. I feel this will probably become the most commonly used method of control if you are playing multi-player, as few will splash out for additional wheels, and I also know few people that have been able to afford extra nunchucks. That leads me nicely on to my preferred method of control that allows you to plug the nunchuck into the bottom of the Wiimote and use the analogue stick to control the direction of your kart, rather than having to rotate your Wiimote from side-to-side. You can also control the game using the classic controller (designed essentially for the virtual console games you can download on to your Wii) or the Gamecube controller, for those who actually kept them after they grew tired of their last Nintendo console. ...In Excite Truck from Monster games, the goal is ultimate carnage. Participating in global races, you are actually rewarded for the most amount of damage you create. With Wii owners currently snapping up the latest version of Mario Kart to be released for the format, it's good to see an example of how enjoyable an arcade type race game can be. I wasn't disappointed. Although it took zero inspiration to come up with the name, it can't be denied that it does exactly what it says on the case.
