I am not a company, an indvidual who has been saving up for a dream kitchen. My experience is exactly the same as others. Waiting for phone calls, his lies, his promised dates where you keep the week free and nothing turns up, were all very stressful and frustrating. I got no paperwork after minor amendments/corrections, nothing in writing about the changes, no order copy and no receipt for the payments were received. Nonetheless, Bank transfer was used so there is a proof. He knew well enough that he was not going to supply anything when he came to collect his final full amount in July last year. After 4 cancelled installation dates, I contacted a solicitor. Their recorded delivery letter was returned by Royal Mail with a comment something like "refused to sign". I too would like to know his whereabouts. Please count me in.
