The Plantronics Earcushion is very nice to wear, comfortable and does not move around much once place on the headset.
The first problem I noticed was this thin black inner piece of material that kept coming out every time I was removing the earcushion or replacing it. I guess this would have been avoidable if I had just kept the earcushion on the headset permanently. But I had to remove it from the headset after my shift at the office because I share the headset with someone else who has to use her own earcushion when at work. So as you can imagine it got a little time consuming for me to have to try and set the inner piece of material in it place every time I was putting my earcushion onto the head set. If too much earwax builds up then that`s when the problem starts, my husband has suffered from hardened wax building up in his ears for a while now, it seems to be a problem that has worsened with age.

In the months leading up to my driving test and my January A-Level exams I started having frequent migraines. I used to get them less than once a year but I was now getting them every week. So willing to try anything that might prevent a migraine attack I started having Indian Head Massage (IHM). I've been having them for over a year now and they do really seem to help. When I went last month I told the therapist that I have been having lots more headaches (I'm quite stressed) and I'm starting to get mild migraines (not half as bad as they were before I started getting IHM).
