    THis GN Netcom headset, is a beautiful piece of machinery. It has a stuning design and prefectly easy to use. I simply opened the box andhardlyhad to use the instruction manual. I connceted it up and i was off! the sound quality is phenomenal, far better than any headsets that phone companies supply you with... i could my the person crystal clear, and i felt that he was right there with me. the only downside, is that the battery life, i felt was rather lacking. Not long after i had bought the product, i felt i had to keep on charging it every 10 or so hours, which i felt was rather ridiculous ... more

    I agree with you. infact, i ordered lots of these headsets in our office. Everything is fine except for the battery life. We need to replacee the batteries almost after every month which is rediculas.
