As I compared several models I feel I am qualified to write a review on this Sat Nav. TomTom 720T SatNav devices remind me a little of mobile phones in the early nineties. They are a little bit pricey, a little bit niche and until recently the preserve of gadget freaks and those who drive for a living. Advantages: Clear easy to use menus
Disadvantages: Mapping sometimes inaccurate

I have owned my Tom Tom for nearly two years now, and use it most days for work. The system is really easy to use thanks to a touch screen menu system, using symbols as well as descriptions for the main menu options, and it is really easy to program and set up with your own details. No matter how you program it the Tom Tom will always lead you down narrow country lanes rather than the safer A or B roads, and very annoingly it was convinced that we were in the middle of a field when on some parts of the A30, despite updating the maps on a regular basis. The TOMTOM GO 920T is an essential for people who travel both short distances and long distances in the car. I paid £353 for this beauty.
