Overview:
As the name suggests GTR2 is the sequel to the popular GT-R and is also produced by the people resposible for GT Legends (GTL)
The cars included are frombased on the official FIA GT championship and includes four classes. GT, GT2, GT3 and NGT.
Installing
The game comes on DVD-ROM so you will need a DVD-Rom drive to install it, also a decent sixed hard drive with empty storage available, although unlike GTL there is only one copy protection code so it makes things slightly easier. The manual explains how to install, but if you have installed games before, this should be "old hat" by now.
Like most modern racing sims, you will need a decent graphics card to get the best out of this, infact the game may not play at all if your system specifications are too low.

Evolution - a theory and now a film! It's directed by Ivan Reitman, who gave us the classic "Ghostbusters" and not so classic but still very good "Ghostbusters 2". Here, he helms another supernatural comedy, and even manages to bring aboard Dan Aykroyd in a small cameo role.
When a meteorite falls to earth near the small town of Glen Canyon, two college professors, Dr. Ira Kane (David Duchovny) and Prof. Harry Phineas Block (Orlando Jones), are given the job of examining it. While they are doing just that, they find organisms of an extraterrestrial origin. And not just that, they are evolving at a incredible rate, even while Ira is watching. Soon the military show up and completely seal off the meteor.
Completely ostracized from their discovery, they keep doing research, and are surprised when the original discoverer of the meteor ...

GTR Evolution contains 5 new classes of the finest cars with a total of 30 new models to race. In the GT classes players can experience legendary cars like the Corvette C6R, Aston Martin DBR9, BMW M3 GTR, Koenigsegg CCGT and Spyker GT2R. Even more exciting are the all-new WTCC Extreme cars. These are pumped up fictional WTCC car designs developed by SimBin in cooperation with the FIA WTCC, and are exclusive to GTR Evolution. The racing thrills continue with the Production Car Class featuring the street versions of the Audi R8, Dodge Viper SRT/10, Koenigsegg CCX and Gumpert Apollo. Overall, GTR Evolution offers 49 unique cars in 12 classes with more than 500 variations as well as 19 tracks in over 40 different layouts including the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife.
