GUN (Xbox 360)

Advantages: some good missions, some great landscapes.
Disadvantages: not different to the xbox version, not much to do.

Gun could of been the best, most potent hybrid of two grest things since some genius mixed lager and cider and made the first snakebite. Imagine GTAs freeroaming gameplay model dressed up in Deadwoods spit-encrusted hat and clothes. It sounded to good to be true, and of course it was. IT LOOKS THE SAME AS THE XBOX VERSION!!! ....If you were a complete newcomer to games, and was given a copy of GUN to play on the XBOX, then a go on the 360 version ...

...I'm going to say it, GUN is a short game. It's that simple. I agree, it is too short, however if you think back to the days of some of the best games in the world, for instance Sonic The Hedgehog, they could be completed in under an hour if you knew what you were doing, or in 18 minutes if you were good at what you were doing. ...all, let me say this. GUN is an excellent game, one of the most addictive and fun games I've played so far on the 360. Don't be put off by the fact its short. This is an amazing game. That said, it is short. Far too short. I played through on Normal difficulty and finished it within 3 or 4 days. I originally purchased this for the Xbox. Due to the fact that I enjoyed it that much I purchased it for the XBox 360 when I purchased the console. Unfortunately I was disapointed with it. There is realy no difference between the original version and the next gen version. The graphics are slightly better however unless you have a HD television you realy wont notice the subtle differences. The general gameplay realy is decent however it isnt anything ...

Advantages: Changeable Parts so it can be converted into shotgun.
Disadvantages: Not for left handed people.

...of the switches and buttons. The accuracy of the gun itself though is quiet good. I haven't really had any occasions where the gun as been off aligned as I have been playing unlike some game guns I have used in the past. On the gun at the end of it (by the but) there is a slot for a head set or a memory card which is very handy as it stops the need to swap over to the controller to save etc. The Games that can be played using this gun are mainly Silent Scope and House of the dead. As far as I know this gun will not work with Xbox 360 as it has different connectors with no adapter for the USB slot on the Xbox 360. The Gun can be picked up for around £12.99 on online shops such as amazon.co.uk (not including p & p). Disadvantages: Graphical glitches and awful Single-player.

Advantages: Next Gen graphics, affordable
Disadvantages: Prone to over heating, noisy fan
