Used Gadget Asia back in January 2008 to purchase a Nintendo DS Lite for one of my daughters. The bundle included 20 games for £145.00. We decided against the fast delivery option as reviews on the web suggested these would arrive with a bill from customs. The unit arrived OK within about 7-10 days and most of the games work fine. Great purchase, good value for money, superb experience.

Based on this, we decided to buy another DS Lite bundle from Gadget Asia on 24 August 2008. The bundle this time was a Nintendogs DS Lite with 25 games for £140.99. The unit arrived within the same 7-10 days, but the first problem occurred when we tried to charge up the unit for my daughter's birthday - the charger supplied did not work. Fortunately, we were able to use the charger from the other Nintendo.

However, the main problems occurred when my daughter opened the Nintendo and tried to play the games on it - only 13 out of the 25 games were working. Looking at the error messages for the games that weren't working, it appears that there is a problem with the card that stores the games, which doesn't allow the settings to be written to the card.

I emailed Gadget Asia (help@gadget-asia.com) on 06/09/08 to ask for a replacement charger and a replacement game card for the Nintendo. However, I received no reply.

I then emailed Gadget Asia again on 17/09/08, but have still not received a reply.

My daughter is disappointed, as am I.
