The only difference being the buttons, it does nothing different to Synchrony compact (Costing a couple of hundred pounds) I bought this to replace a synchrony Compact but returned it when I rumbled their ploy! They do make good coffee, better than the Siemens range (Which i tried) and my god it pushes 'nespresso' into a corner by the throat and beats it to a pulp!. Advantages: Compact for small worktop space Disadvantages: push in buttons that stick, milk frother takes some practice
