The integral water filter is a little on the small side - put differently, this machine guzzles more H2O than you'd expect from ... ...for cleaning purposes. The grinder is just the right size, and can be set for different strengths and lengths of grinding, thus satisfying those in it just for the taste right through to the true caffiene monsters. The volume output can also be adjusted, so whatever size your cup, it won't overflow. Once you've set it up, all it takes is the press of a button to deliver a perfect cup of coffee.

For those unconverted to the wonder of the fresh bean, the ground coffee filter is efficient and easily cleanable and produces an excellent cup. The drip tray is also easily detachable for cleaning.
On the downside, the steam nozzle constantly overheats on my model, forcing me to dump vast amounts of water from the steam tank straight after frothing milk, which wastes time and effort. The plastic dispense nozzle is also somewhat tempramental, rarely staying where I put it. However, overall this is a machine peerless in its price range and category. There's nothing like the smell of fresh ground coffee in the morning to put you in the right mood for the rest of the day!
