The Xbox 360 wireless controller in full

Advantages: freedom to move around without the worry of knocking things over or pulling the Xbox on the floor
Disadvantages: turnes off when out of range but comes on agian at the toch of a button

I first got an Xbox 3 years ago and first started with wired controllers, although the controllers where good, i always managed to knock things off my coffee table with the wire, and i would always go to walk away and end up pulling the Xbox on the floor, and being a pet owner had to constatly lift up the wire so that my dog did not walk into the wire, then one day my dog went to jump over the wire and pulled the Xbox on the floor damaging it beond ...
...i saw wireless pads and thought it woz in my intrests to buy two, since then my Xbox has stayed in the same place, all my things stayed on the table and my dog walk's around freely, If i need to answer the door or go to the kitchen my controller simpley comes with me and just turnes off wen out of range, coming on again at the touch of a button it has the same look and feel as a wired controller for a bit more of a price but alot less hassle. if ...

Why am I the only one Wii-ally disappointed?

Advantages: Looks and the multiple ways to use it
Disadvantages: Fails in it's primary use as the reponsiveness seems haphazard and the games don't help, Price

...it's a great idea, just Nintendo didn't quite pull it off to the level that was expected and as a result it's a controller with a pointer on the end as opposed to the next step in gaming. As a “normal” controller it does the job though does seem a bit backwards in the world of the 360 control and the Six-Axis, as a wand control it's yet to really find any games that make the best use of what could well be best served as the job for a mouse (point ...
...that Nintendo have so far put out (Mario and Zelda excepted) have done little to show off how great the control can be. Overall doesn't meet up to what was expected and instead it looks like it's space aged but as a controller is more 1990's than 21st century. ...

Decent Controller has Issues

Advantages: Cheap, Comfortable to Hold
Disadvantages: Game pad works poorly, unresponsive

The logitech dual action controller is the first game controller that I have ever purchased for my pc and unfortunately I consider it to be mediocre at best. First, the good points. The controller was fairly inexpensive as well as being a nice shape and size, very similar to the PS controller. The joysticks, game pad and buttons are all easy to reach and identical in location to the PS controller. In addition, the controller was extremely easy to ...
...to do so. Finally, the joysticks were very responsive. That is, unfortunately, where the good points end. First, the game pad never did work properly because it was very unresponsive and difficult to use. The buttons, as well, were not the most responsive. Although they were certainly usable, when compared to a console controller they fared poorly. The buttons themselves seemed just a little to far apart to be comfortable. Finally, I have used this ...

Don't hold it, shape your hands around it !

Advantages: Strong, well built, reliable, better than first Xbox controller, built in gadget to separate it from console in a slip-up.
Disadvantages: Too big for average hand size, heavy, impractical for RPG's

If the gamecube's controller is a anorexic, purple oddity, then this is the king size man one! While hugely smaller than the awful first gen controller which was the size-of-a-baby's-head and looked like a big black whale, the Controller S still suffers from a slight weight problem. The main problem is that it is rather flawed. The sixties/seventies style, seemingly unergonomic PS1 controller was so good, way better than it should of been. Buttons ...
...were where they should of been. It was such a good design they used it, as old fashioned as it was, for the next generation. The controller S, however, is bigger than it has too be. Did anyone ever complain that the PS controller was too big / small, no, because it fitted everyone. I did get used to it eventually, and to really like it, but not enough thought has been put into it. What about small hands? are the two triggers very good for anything ...

Saitek X52 Pro Flight Control System

Advantages: Sense Of Proffesionalism, Very Smooth, Great Grip and Control
Disadvantages: Not Very Portable, As State Of The Art it comes at a high price

The Saitek X52 Pro Flight Control System is state of the art in flight control systems. As a frequent user of flight simulator the saitek X52 has made my flying even more enjoyable with the control smoothness and joystick re-centereing. In total the amount of different switches is 30, however as there are three mode settings you can have up to 90 button configurations. Installation is quick and simple, and runs as soon as connected via USB. In total ...
...instead of the usual 3/4 on older joysticks. The metal material on both the throttle and joystick gives a sense of proffesionalism and the rubberised surface on the throttle and joystick handle give a good firm grip. I would recommend this to anyone who has a serious interest in flight simulation both civil and combat. Even though it's expensive it is definitely worth the money! ...
