Did Wii Like The Zapper? Advantages: Solid build, Easy to use, Makes shooting games a bit more fun, Good Value Disadvantages: Soon gets uncomfortable to use, Wiimote face buttons hard to access in gameplay, Looks a bit silly ...a glimmer of excitement when Nintendo announced the successor to this technology, almost 20 years after the original - the Wii zapper. When the prototype was first shown off at the E3 convention, the design was not dissimilar to the original, being shaped like a pistol. However, by the time the Wii zapper came to launch it had changed design drastically into the format that I am now reviewing, and now comes packaged with the game "Link's Crossbow ... ...please both casual gamers and Nintendo fans alike, there is not a great deal of mileage in it as a single player game. The multiplayer option is basically just the single player version while taking turns, and while this is more enjoyable when you have friends to compete against (and this approach also has the benefit of reducing the aches and pains you get from using the zapper for extended continuous play), I would have liked to see the multiplayer ... 360 controller battery and durability Advantages: great controller a must have Disadvantages: the hold battery this think suck The 360 controller is light wight durability.i like that its small then the fist xbox CONTROLLER THAT came out, four year ago. this is just awesome Advantages: quick, easy to install and very easy to use Disadvantages: none that i can find as of yet Where to start with this one SETTING UP I guess the best place to start is the installation it is quite simple just plug in the USB plug to your pc or laptop and then insert the driver cd and just keep clicking next it is that easy really. PROFILES After the software is install there are profiles for alot of games such as world of warcraft, command and conquer series and diablo2 to name just a few. Within each profile there have preset ... ...only used this to play world of warcraft so far i will be using this as my examples for what the game board does. PROGRAMMABLE KEYS There is in fact 29 programmable keys with five of these being on the little control stick which can be used to move but sadly i have yet to find a way to change this to so that it acts like my mouse not sure if this is possible. Not bad , however very expensive! Advantages: hat switch and trim wheel Disadvantages: movements sticky and trim inaccurate Overall i love my yoke however is very expensive for what it does. It tends to stick alot and the trim wheel never quite trims it to stragiht and level. It has a good array of buttons and switches and the throtle levers and very nice to use. I have use it with flimght sim2004, FX and X plane and have had no problems with compatablility.
