It is ok to be faire
Advantages: Looks Neat, sturdy, cheap, and from Logitech. Disadvantages: Needs calibrating often, no rudder or button to look around cokpit.
...flight simulator pilot.
If I were you, stick with Logitech as they are a great company (the guy called Pueluigi is a ver nice man, he runs the company and knows my father closely) with good customer service and quality, just this joystick is very lacking.
Good luck! ...

Go Force Feedback!
Advantages: Force Feedback, Intelligent Design, Excellent Software Disadvantages: No Left-Handed Facilities, Bulky Plug
The Logitech Force 3D Pro Joystick was a great buy for me. It's very sleek and stylish and the perfect size for my desk (at about 8"x8"). The grip is specifically desinged for right-handed people which wasn't a problem for me but is something to bear in mind.
It automatically finds games on the computer and assigns keys appropriately which is a very good feature. The accompanying profiling software is easy to use which meant older games could still ... ...in the control panel so you can adjust the stick to you exact style of gameplay. It performed very well when used with Microsoft Flight Simulator X and enhanced my general gaming experience.
The only really unfortunate thing about this product is the power plug which contains the transformer (and is therefore quick bulky). I found it difficult to fit it into my surge protector but if you have room, that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
However, ...

Decent Controller has Issues
Advantages: Cheap, Comfortable to Hold Disadvantages: Game pad works poorly, unresponsive
The logitech dual action controller is the first game controller that I have ever purchased for my pc and unfortunately I consider it to be mediocre at best.
First, the good points. The controller was fairly inexpensive as well as being a nice shape and size, very similar to the PS controller. The joysticks, game pad and buttons are all easy to reach and identical in location to the PS controller. In addition, the controller was extremely easy to ... ...to do so. Finally, the joysticks were very responsive. That is, unfortunately, where the good points end.
First, the game pad never did work properly because it was very unresponsive and difficult to use. The buttons, as well, were not the most responsive. Although they were certainly usable, when compared to a console controller they fared poorly. The buttons themselves seemed just a little to far apart to be comfortable. Finally, I have used this ...

A gift that helps me out with Castlevania for GBA.
Advantages: Freedom and flexability, Plug and play, Ergonomic design Disadvantages: Spend money buying batteries
Hello, Cordless?
Well, I'm not generally a fan of wireless controller, because the first rule in the world for a gamer is to never use a WIRELESS MOUSE because you will get a little delay an that will be your end in a first person shooter game.
I just got this control from a gift, but I would rather prefer a wired one, because I don't like spending in batteries, (its need 2 AA), but I like to play with some freedom because of the cordless. The ... ...so heavy, and its rumble nicely the problem it doesn't rumble in every game, anyways I just use it when playing with emulators (gba, snes and ps1),
I got another cheap controller before and the Left key got stucked and I couldn't take it out, this won't happened in the Logitech, because a better button system.

The stick that brings joy
Advantages: Good design, lots of buttons, twist handle, good base, decent price Disadvantages: Small throttle, mostly for right handers, slightly loose
THE BASICS:
The Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick has 12 buttons, an 8 way hat switch, throttle control, trigger. The joystick plugs straight into the USB port and comes with Logitech joystick drivers and a software to allow you to programme your joystick for specific games. Set up is quite easy and you will be gaming in no time. The joystick also features a handle twist control for things like rudder control. This adds another dimension to your ... ...it is still okay. The Logitech Extreme 3D pro works on both Mac and PC for great versatility.
I would recommend this joystick to anyone who wants to get into good gaming or just casual gaming as it has some decent features for the price. For hardcore gamers I would recommend a higher end model as this is more for the beginners to more intermediate. ...
