Lynx. Even now, still the best handheld.

Advantages: Good graphics and sound. Feels solid to use.
Disadvantages: Bulkier than most people are used to. Limited game supply. Heavy battery drain.

...failed wonder that was the Atari Lynx. Bear in mind at the time the Lynx was full colour, 16bit (As powerful as pretty much any home machine at the time) with a sound chip again just as powerful. The games were a mixed bag but contained some real hot stuff, including the best version of California Games I've played. The problem is, or was, marketing. The late eighties and early nineties killed Atari after it failed to keep pace with the 'Hot' manufacturers. ...

Physically it's only drawbacks were it's size (It was more a laptop console than a hend held, not much difference in size between it and a PS1) and the fact it's batteries didn't last too long. Retro atari jaguar

Advantages: old school games on a decent console
Disadvantages: short on game titles

This is one for the Retro gamer out there. orignaly a forgotten about console that nobody really could be bothered with. now i see people walking into secongd hand shops and paying hundreds for these ( DONT) i got one for £20. its a great console with great games but only if your into your games from the late 80s and 90s. they came usually with Doom so you had somthing to play and at the time Doom on a 64bit console was unheard of now its just ...
...use buttons because the jaguar comes with a rather differen control. its a bit big but with the card overlays that came with the games labled all the buttons for you. its actually easier to find game for the jaguar now then when it was released as loads of game shops stock secondhand and new games. also bargains can be found on ebay from 99p not a console for everybody more for the retro old school gamer ...

Better than ever

Advantages: Great range of games, superb graphics, excellent sound, Zune, Sky, Last.fm, Natal
Disadvantages: Fan is sometimes a little noisy

...on sale for some time, Microsoft continue to improve it and the recent addition of Sky, Zune HD movie streaming and Last.fm have really helped move the product from being a gaming console to more of an entertainment platform for all media. Highly recommend this console for all ages as the range of games available is huge! The only negative I can think of is that the fan can sometimes become noisy if playing for extended periods but games can be downloaded ...

Xboxs Are They Worth It.?

Advantages: Xbox live ..good quality graphics, cheap
Disadvantages: pay for internet disks sctratch easily . the harddrive fails after a while.

Personally i love xboxs they are cheap and most of the time reliable however , no there competition Ps3 Slimline at just £250 ... anyone who has an xbox like me knows that they WILL break at some point , Yes you can send them back to xbox but it is so much trouble.
