My DS Advantages: The interaction Disadvantages: The weight on the right hand side The Nintendo Ds console is one of those consoles which has got plenty of great ideas attached towards it. Firstly being designed by a world wide leader in gaming they have the ability to have a very unique console which would appeal to many people. You have a small console with 2 screens. The right hand side screen is a touch screen which you can use a stylus for in order to get more direction in where you are going. Great gadget, perfect for Christmas! Advantages: Great fun, portable, handy internet access, useful camera. Disadvantages: Camera's resolution isn't great, games are a bit too expensive, no GBA slot. The new DSi is a great product from Nintendo. 'Sequel' to the original DS and DS lite, the new DSi is packed with extra features, incuding an external and internal camera, bigger screens, longer stylus, better sound, brighter backlight and better internet access. It also comes with an online shop, here various unique DSi titles are available to download, as well as free apps incuding the DSi browser and 'Flipnote Studio'. Good, but later improved... Advantages: Touch screen, wireless technology, backwards compatible with GBA games, two screens. Disadvantages: Screen wasn't that bright (DS Lite was brighter), would not connect to network protected with WPA The original Nintendo DS revolutionized the way that we play games. An Amazing Classic Advantages: Relive memorys, easy to use, Fun Disadvantages: Bad Graphics, Bad Gameplatyy ...used to play on my Nintendo 64, non stop, i used to love it. So 10 years later i decided to buy one just to relive my memorys. In some ways i was dissapointed as i always remebered the console and the games to be amazing graphics and gameplay, but now with the likes of Xbox 360/PS3 you look at the graphics and gameplay and realise that they are very poor which really disheartened me. Gameboy Advance To The Future! Advantages: It's in colour, duh! Disadvantages: Quiet, no cool style tretris like the original Gameboy.. Although it would seem to be an old piece of kit now-a-days, I can't help but wonder what I would have been like without having a GameBoy Advance to help me through those boring airport terminals, or ridiculously long coach journeys. Of course, it was only on holiday that I used the GameBoy - using it any other time just didn't seem right! At the time, it was a magnificent mesh of modern and old, the mixture of new colours and shapes with the old ... ...mine is stowed away, waiting for a day to reappear, and it is still in working order. The graphics, sound and games may not be much, but they are fun to get nostalgic with!
