Barking Mad but a Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat Game Advantages: Fun for all ages Disadvantages: A bit expensive ...thoroughly recommend it nevertheless. Beware of the Dog seems to be quite widely available in stores and online. The rrp is £14.99. Toys R Us are currently offering it at that price which is cheaper than Amazon (£15.95) and Hamleys (£16.00). It seems to be a little cheaper in the States if you fancy a trip. Vamonos! Play Dora The Explorer's Adventure Game! Advantages: Suitable for 3 years plus, durable, easy and challenging options to game play. Disadvantages: The small back pack cards could easily get lost. Dora the explorer is a family favourite. My Daughter is a big fan of the TV show, and Mummy and Daddy don't hate it. So, Dora is always an option when it comes to buying presents. I was looking for a birthday present for my daughter for her fourth birthday, I wanted something she wouldn't play with once then not be bothered with any more, something educational and of course, something that was fun. Down the snakes, up the ladders. Advantages: Fun to kill some time. Disadvantages: See review Snakes & Ladders is a simple game which children enjoy to play anywhere, anytime. HOW TO PLAY You begin at the "Start" square, and roll the dice and move your counter that many spaces. The first one to get to the "End" sqaure, is the winner. It's not all simple, because if you land on a snake, you have to go down to the square where the snake trail ends. Sally the Sunflower - Magnetic not Magical Advantages: Easy to assemble, simple rules, short game play Disadvantages: Not great value for money, limited life span ...to assembling the sunflower. Sally the Sunflower comes in eight pieces and slots together fairly easily. Our two daughters can just about manage it themselves. There is a cardboard disc with central hole into which a green plastic cone slots. Three green plastic leaves slot into the cone in a tripod-like manner; they are numbered so it is reasonably idiot-proof (once you spot the numbers on the reverse - doh!) and also educational as your children ... ...The bees are magnetic and Sally the Sunflower has magnets on her face; some attract, some repel. Get your bees to stick on Sally's face and put your final bee on her nose and you win! Share out the bees between those playing.
