Hannah...another puzzle! Advantages: A new take on jigsaws. Disadvantages: Can be a little fiddly for the slightly younger child. As many of you will be aware, my daughter is a huge Hannah Montana fan, so of course any merchandise available works it’s way into her possession. The product I will now review is - “Hannah Montana - junior puzzle ball” For my daughters birthday she received a couple of different puzzle balls and she enjoyed doing them so much I decided to invest again. For those who haven’t heard of these the premise is simple. This is a jigsaw puzzle that is ... ...constructed there is a display plinth in the set, which is a small doughnut shaped base that holds the ball in place, and also, because it is free standing and doesn’t have to be glue on in anyway if the child so wishes the ball can be took apart and redone. The Original and Best Advantages: Months of Entertainment, good Build Quality Disadvantages: Some people will find it difficult I first saw a Rubiks cube when I was 10 and my dad could solve it. I asked him to show me how he had done it, but as you can probably guess it didn't make too much sense. I'd kind of forgotten about it, but I saw one in a Toystore and thought why not. The great thing about this particular cube is that it comes with instructions on how to solve it, so a particuarly determined individual will solve it in the end. It does require a large amount of determination ... ...now solve the cube in just under 2 minutes, with a little guidance from the internet too. But even after you have solved it there are hours of fun to be had with it. You can make various patterns using simple moves, and its always good fun to show off to your friends. The product can make you look exceptionally smart, especially if you can solve it at a reasonable speed. There are alot of imitation cubes on the market, this one is a proper cube ... Ever Seen a Cube With 43 Quintillion Permutations before? Advantages: Very good for passing time. Can be Fun. Small, easy to handle. Pocket toy, can be used on the move Disadvantages: Can be very time consuming. Can get very annoying. Can get boring if your too good at it! ...the cube back to it's original position of having one colour on each of the six faces. Overall there are 8 corner cubes, 12 edge cubes and 6 centre cubes. They've made a Pig's Ear of this one! Advantages: Cheap and compact game Disadvantages: Far outweigh the advantages ...sign. I am afraid this Peppa Pig Jumbolino has lead to me nearly throwing it out of the window on many an occassion, it is a very frustrating game for all concerned. Good things first: Based on the traditional Beetle game and featuring the ever popular Peppa Pig this board game is compact and the right size for taking in a suitcase on holiday, being about 18cm by 14cm (measured with my daughter's Peppa Pig ruler natch), and 5cm deep. It was a ... ...There are 6 boards featuring Peppa in a bobbly hat, all nicely printed and the cardboard is good quality and thick. There are two die and also 6 body pieces for each Peppa, more of which later, and also the rules. Where it all goes wrong: This game is allegedly for the 3 and up market.
