Advantages Appear to be cheap and professional

Disadvantages Are a con and there are 100's of people out there fighting to get their money back!

I ordered an XBox Kinect from this site over a month ago and they have still not delivered it, despite taking the money from my account immediately.
Their customer services helpline has now been switched off and you now only get a pre-recorded message telling you to email them.
They have ignored my emails and a request to have the money refunded to me in full, but as yet they have only every replied a couple of times to say that it's on it's way.
It's now been a month and they said it would be 24hrs dispatch.

I have since reported them to Watchdog and Trading Standards.
Just check out the other review sites and forum threads to see 100's of very unhappy people.
There have even been 3 seperate Facebook pages dedicated to their poor experiences of the company.

I really don't know why other people have rated them so good - unless they used to be ok but are now facing financial problems or something and are trying to con as many people out of their hard earned cash recently.
I don't know but in this case it's a classic of BUYER BEWARE!!

Don't say you haven't been warned!
