Easy to use, good value & quick delivery!

Advantages: Good range of products, value for money, easy to use and quick delivery.
Disadvantages: None come to mind.

I ordered a pair of wellies on Monday morning, and they were dispatched the same day and delivered by carrier on Wednesday. The web site was easy to use and looks great, and the e-mail confirmation sent to me when my order was dispatched allowed me to track the whereabouts of my parcel throughout the whole delivery process. Finding the product was easy enough - there is a logical structure to the main categories and the search facility works well, ...
...sometimes, but only after what I'd been looking for. The checkout process was very simple, and the delivery charge was highlighted once I had confirmed my address - even better was the fact that delivery was free as my order came to over £25. Very happy to recommend Garden Supplies to my friends. I'll certainly be placing another order soon, and hoping for the same level of service. ...
