Flymo scirocco 3000 is not for privet hedge.

Advantages: Seems to blow well.
Disadvantages: Needs to be held in an awkward, non-designed angle.

My low rating for this product relates to the discovery that it is not fit for the purpose for which I bought it. I read the product literature and looked at the pics on the box and decided to go for this robust wattage just to be sure that I was buying ...

A Not So Heavy, but Powerful & Versatile Garden Vac!

Advantages: Good design, not too heavy, surprisingly versatile, has a scraper and very powerful.
Disadvantages: Availability, Lightweight plastic - but maybe a good thing because of its size.

When my beloved 8 year old B&Q Performance garden vac finally hit the floor in exhaustion three months ago, I knew it was time to look for a new garden vac. Not so much the motor but the plastic insert that held the bag to the machine had finally snapped ...

Advantages: strong blowing capacity
Disadvantages: totally failing design

Advantages: Great blower
Disadvantages: Crap vacuum

It seems like only a couple of years since I was writing about a Wickes’ own brand garden vacuum/blower. On checking, I see it really was only a couple of years! Well, two seasons worth of use have seen the poor thing off. I wondered why it cost £24 ...

It's looks strange and it sucks... what more do you want

Advantages: Simple to use, saves many hours of raking and great price
Disadvantages: the strap can become a little uncomfortable

For all those people lucky enough to have a garden, but maybe unlucky enough for it to surrounded by deciduous trees, then you more than likely know just how depressingly horrible the thought of autumn can be, what with all that raking up of those soggy l ...
