Gardensmonthly is a magazine I occasionally read it is a glossy gardening magazine costing £2.90p.
I like to ocassionally browse through gardening magazines to get new ideasalthough my favorite gardening mags are the BBC ones this one is good for a read now and then.
This mag is about 115 pages. In it are Articles about many plants and how to get the best results from them.
Articles telling you about the best plants to plant now.
There is information about all sorts of gardening techniques
how to take cuttings I wonder if its too late to set cuttings of my carnations and sage plants ? . I must double dig my veg patch this year didding deep is good for veg.

Advantages: Useful Seasonal advice for the Vegetable gardener of any skill level Disadvantages: I honestly can't think of any
I buy the Kitchen Gardener magazine on a monthly basis. I think it is one of the most useful reference materials you can find on vegetable gardening.
It has step by step plans for planting and renovation projects around your garden, I especially like it as there is a whole section on Allotments. As I have an allotment I find this part very helpful, it is obviously written by an experienced allotment holder.
I think that whatever experience you have in growing your own vegetables this should be the magazine for you. You don't have to be a gardening expert to understand it but it also has enough useful tips to keep the experienced vegetable grower coming back for more. I would recommend buying this publication even if you just grow a few tomatoes in pots it will inspire you. ...

When I was young I thought I would rather die than want to read this magazine, or watch the programme for that matter. Middle age has worked its miracle on me now and Gardeners' World seems like a good idea.
The magazine costs £2.70 per issue and is released monthly. However you can subscribe using a form in the magazine, which either gives you a discount or a free gift, e.g. an Alan Titchmarsh book in the March 2003 issue. Gardeners' World magazine has recently won the Magazine of the Year award for containing the best mix of practical advice, plant profiles, features and news.
I think this magazine is for both the relatively experienced and inexperienced gardener (count me in on the latter) and may even win a few reluctant gardeners over with its glossy pages. Some articles are very technical or full of unpronounceable ...
