I bought the garmin forerunner 405 about a month ago and it has been the best thing that has helpped me with running. I am on cross-country and track and during the off seasons i get bored of the same old runs, but i never know how far or fast i am running. Until i bought the garmin forerunner 405. It has been excellent. After reading the manuel and charging it i easily understood how to use it and was out on my first run with it. It kept track of the time, distace and my pace per mile.
