There are two things i do not like about this system. one is the volume, even when I have the volume turned all the way up I have to turn the radio down to hear what the directions are. Advantages: Text to Speech, Bluetooth, GTM Trafficmaster, MP3 Disadvantages: In car connector a bit fiddly.
Having just purchased the Garmin StreetPilot c550t, as an upgrade to the nuvi 300. I have road tested it over the past few days, in differing locations, from wide open spaces to built up valley areas. I can say that this GPS performs superbly well and is a front runner for in car satelite navigation, at a great price. Having used TomTom, Mio, Navman and Garmin, I find there is no comparison, Garmin seem to be the current leader in GPS navigation and this has to be high on the "must have" list of gadgets. Very user friendly and easy to operate.
