What does it do? ******************* Well, the first product I purchased in the range was the day cream. I had seen it advertised, with properties such as Omega 3 + 6, Magnesium and Lipopeptides, which all sounds very advanced and technical! Actually what it really means is that the cream provides the skin with the essential fish oils and lipids in order to help improve the skin in terms of rejuvinating and elasticity. In the long term this should help to reduce the effect of wrinkles (not prevent!).
I was skeptical of the effects at first as you can never really believe the claims made, especially as the aim of advertising is to promote and eventually sell! But I must admit it was good to know staistics of women that had noticed they had softer, smoother skin after use etc. Anyway, I would describe the cream as having a good consistency (not too thick), easy to apply (spreadable) refreshing and with a pleasant fragrance. I have combination skin, therefore I will admit I am fussy about the creams I use as some can increase the production of oil or throughout the day I might generate a shiny layer on the skin. So I was actually quite pleasantly surprised with the outcome as it did not add to the problem (and for being an 'off the shelf' cream that was great).
The Night Cream was just as good in terms of the outcome. It contained the same properties as the Day Cream, but as you would expect it is thicker, but not so much so that your skin cannot breathe, just enough to give that extra boost of moisture that you need. It also has a tint of green (not unpleasant so don't worry! lol). To be honest the night cream is pretty similar to the day cream, but I guess if you use them together the effects are better! In terms of whether they reduce wrinkles (which is how it is advertised) I cannot comment on that as I am still in my youth and haven't any to speak of (as yet! lol) :-)
Packaging & Price ******************** I purchased both the creams at Boots for £7.99. In relation to other similar products on the market this seems to be an average price that you can expect. However I'm sure that you can find places on the internet offering a range of prices. However I will say that this particular range can be hard to find in some stores as they just do not stock it or they stock one cream and not the other.
The reason I decided to include packaging is that it easy to get confused between the two creams. The only noticeable difference is that the night cream has black on the packaging (hence for night). Also the description on the back of the boxes will detail whether day or night.
All in all I do recommend both creams as they refresh and help the skin become smooth to the touch. However I will say that throug all the advertising and on the box for the day cream there is no mention of a sun protection factor. In my case this was not as bad as the make-up I wear contains SPF, but if you do not I would recommend you buy a light spray SPF. Alterntively they have included another day cream in the range specifically with SPF in it so why not try that! Overall a fab cream.
Advantages: light with a mattyfying effect Disadvantages: may not be suitable for very dry skin
Garnier skin naturals nutritionist comes in a very fresh looking jar which is easy to store and access the product. No wasted left overs like you some times get with pump action packaging. It is available as a facial detox wash and complemented by day and evening moistrisers plus a gel for the eye area. I personally have tried the day cream which I would suggest is suitable for normal skin type. It is a very light moisturiser and as such may give ... ...does not leave an oily film on the skin and has a mattyfying effect. I can honestly say that it is the only cream I have used that has reduced my shiney areas (nose and forehead) far more effectively and long lasting than using face powder. My skin feel soft to the touch and although I may be a little hopefull it does seem to reduce fine lines. As it is very light I feel that I prefer to use a night cream when going to bed and will purchase the one ...

Quick review of Garnier Nutritionist
I bought the "Garnier nutritionist - day cream" because the advertisement said that it gives the skin radiance, great texture and smoothness. I have been suffering from dry skin for ages and have tried the most expensive facial creams and had no good results. I was a bit unsure if this would work but, after two weeks only I am amazed! Its really good. The skin doesn't get oily and looks a lot healthier then before. I would dare to say that I look younger.
I would definitely recommend this product. The only "but" is probably the fact that it doesn't have any SPF protection. ...

To wake you up in the mornings!
Do you have bags and dark circles under your eyes, if so then GarnierNutritionist Eye Roll on might be for you?!
Garnier Eye Roll on is basically a liquid which you role on under your eyes which is said to help reduce the appearnace of bags and dark circles which in turn makes you tired. According to Garnier tests conducted under dermatological control have shown that daily use of Nutritionist Caffeine Eye Roll on can visibly reduct the appearance of dark circles and bags beneath the eyes.
The liquid comes in a handy green coloured tube, it almost looks like a mascara wand. At the top is a metal roller ball through which the liquid comes through. The ball makes it really easy to roll the liquid under your eyes at it coats the ball and then comes out smoothly, easily and safely onto your undereyes. I ...
Advantages: Good looking, ok moisturiser, does refresh for a minute. Disadvantages: Does not brighten the eyes, no difference to eye area.
beauty is happiness from within. I agree that beauty comes from what is in the inside, but I think to some degree what they are saying is if you use their products, you will look good and therefore feel happy. It sounds all very simple, but we know in real life this is not the case for most people. Other wise we would all look like the airbrushed pictures in magazines and the self-help books would be out of business! Anyhow, their vision is why they aim to bring new products out on the market that are aimed at making us feel better about ourselves. Their newest product at the time of writing this review is the GarnierNutritionist Caffeine Eye Roll-on?. What a name! I can be a sucker for advertising and recently saw this in a magazine article so you guessed it; I eventually ended up with one in my shopping basket?. Here is what I thought ...
Advantages: softer skin, spf protection Disadvantages: difficult to rub in
I don't regularly use moisturiser on my face and I'm lucky enough to have good skin but as the years pass by I think it's important to start a skin-care regime. Not really knoing where to start I popped into my local Boots to have a look at their range of face creams. I had no real requirements except that I'd prefer it to have some SPF protection. This narraowed down the range somewhat! One that stood out on the shelf was the Garniew Nutritionist range in its distinctive green and black packaging. The box has a picture of the bottle and boasts a new cell energising complex that contains Omega 3 and 6, magnesium and SPF15 UV filters. It should be noted that there is an identical product without the SPF15 filters and is around £1.20 cheaper than this one which is priced at £9.78 for 50ml.
On the back of the benefits of each ...
