Advantages: cheapest current core 2 duo, can overclock far higher than e6600 stock Disadvantages: high FSB is needed, so a good motherboard is needed to obtain a decent over clock
...The cheapest current core 2 duo available. Even though it has less cache then the e4320 6320 6600 etc, this can be over clocked to 3ghz + with a decent motherboard and ram. This makes the speed faster than stock e6600, and thus saving you a lot of money and a faster CPU than the e6600. The only advantage is the extra cache, however because of this cache, more heat is produced, and you may find it harder to obtain a higher clock than the e4300/4400/6300/6400. This CPU has the higher multiplier, however because of this a higher FSB is needed to produce a good over clock compared to the e6300 which has a higher FSB but lower multiplier. Users will find without a good motherboard, this won't over clock as well as the e6300, but it is a decent enough price. With the future price drops around July 22nd 2007, this chip could become a very nice...

Advantages: Great looking monitor Disadvantages: Terrible customer service and no stock from View Sonic
...The ViewSonic E92f+SB has great specs and looks like a incredible monitor. The dark frame adds style to teh look and feel.
The problem being it seems, that in the Europe they do not have any replacements for this model if the monitor needs to be replaced. On set-up the pin cushioning had the hour glass look and could not be rectified with 20 min call to the support desk. I have now been told after 8 or 9calls I might have to wait till next year before I can get a replacement, which if they supply on the 1st of Jan 2006 will be 6 weeks of waiting.
I'm sure if you get a working ViewSonic E92f+SB it will be a joy to have and use....

Advantages: Excellent monitor, 3 year warranty, VERY cheap! Disadvantages: None I have found as yet!
.... The set has an impressive 3-years warranty (Gateway had just 12 months!!)
Operationally, the screen gives a VERY clear picture, adjustments to colour warmth, size, plane, tilt, degauss etc etc are all achieved by the use of 4 very small discreet buttons on the front. A base plate allowing for forwards/backwards tilt of the unit is easy ti onstal and very easy to use.
I cannot comment yet on reliability --- all I can say is that a Gateway monitor costing me £200 died after 14 months. This one cost me £117, and has 3 times the length of warranty! I know which I think is the better buy!!!!!...

The only reason I bought this printer was that I had broken my previous one and therefore needed a replacement. By broken I mean I had dropped the power transformer onto the laminate floor as I had rather stupidly been carrying it by the cables, and the... more

The Dell M4300 is the laptop of choice for my company. The 4300 has proven to be a very stable laptop, but with stability comes size. They are somewhat bulky, but I feel it is a trade off worth making for the better performance over the smaller models.... more
