Disadvantages: not backwards compatable with DDRI

You can get this type of RAM in 533Mhz form all the way up to 1000MHz form, and it seems excellent.

Advantages: heat spreaders keep ram cool, dual channel, nice performance.
Disadvantages: some users may find 667mhz lacking performance.
