I'm currently using two of these 1Gb sets and have found that they are both responsive and cool. They do not overheat like some RAMs and came well packaged and well presented.
The specifications show a good fast module and its good that the devices comes with noise shielding. However it must be said that this is the lowest speed of DDR2 available and as such is not the best performing. But for the money its a good price and it doesn't produce much heat at all, its stable and seems to have no easily found problems.
Installation is very easy as with any RAM module and these even come with little heat stickers so you can tell how hot your RAM actually is.
Overall these are nice modules that will outperform DDRI RAM but will get clobbered in performance by the other DDRII speeds available. They are cheap though at under £100.
I've also bought myself some DDRII 667Mhz stuff which is slightly faster but also came with instructions, not sure if my box of the 533MHz was incorrectly packed or not but it didn't have any. Though to be honest anyone who needs an instruction book for installing RAM should go back to playing with those toys with the wooden blocks and the shaped holes for a while.

Advantages: heat spreaders keep ram cool, dual channel, nice performance. Disadvantages: some users may find 667mhz lacking performance.
...is cheap but also packs enough performace for exactly what i want it to do, so i am happy with my 2gb of geil ddr2 667mhz ram. Anyone looking for larger performance for high performance games, or power hungry vista may need to look at something a bit faster. ...
