No problems with navigation or ordering

Advantages: Superb, friendly service
Disadvantages: Courier not entirely reliable, but not really a problem in the end

...- Gear4music.com was about the fourth I got in touch with. I was immediately struck by the prompt response and polite and helpful manner in which I received a reply to my email query, as well as my follow up phone call. The contact page is easily navigated to by a tab across the top of the page, and their phone number is found here also. Obviously I was very dubious about purchasing such an expensive item, let alone a guitar, from an online seller. ...

I made a last minute decision to buy a full sized starter drum kit for my 8 year old's birthday. It was delivered the next day and it is red and shiny and totally gorgeous - he loves it. How they can do such an amazing piece of kit for the money I don't know. A tip - leave enough time to put it together! Great product, good service and cheap. And I don't work for them honest and don't normally do reviews! ...
