T-Mobile is Not a good network at all. Their Free weekend and evening texts FOR LIFE ended. How Can They End something that was for life.
I Rang up three times, to be told different solutions. "Its a technical fault, it will be fixed in 72 hours" "the offer has ended" "head office will put the offer back on if you write to them."
I have written to trading standards too because the offer is still being promoted, yet they will not justify why a FOR Life offer was ended.
The offer was very poor and very poorly dealt with. Their customer services where very 'mouthy' so too speak, and spoke like they didnt care, they had no passion in their job, and i got no result. i terminated anything to do with T-Mobile.

I'm not sure how to rate your review, but personally i do think it is helpful, you do need a lot more information and perhaps broaden your review including the different tarrifs t-mobile offer and how this offer worked etc etc
