Having bought the Look1320 for my new computer, Operating System is Windows Vista Premium. The web camera worked at first, due to a problem with my PC after changing the computer back to the factory settings, the web camera no longer works.

The Look1320 is a good web camera, that works well on Windows XP. For the price it is worth buying if you have Windows XP, though would not buy it if you have a Windows Vista operating system.
