Advantages: Good quality massage, does as described Disadvantages: Can't really think of any
I've had some quite bad back pain for over twelve months now, with the main symptoms being lower back pain and stiffness.
I've tried a few of those hand held massagers and one day when on holiday in Spain I used one of those massage chairs that you pay one Euro into and get a five minute shiatsu massage. It was absolute bliss and seemed to loosen up the muscles in my back considerably so I've been in search of something similar that won't break the bank ever since.
Having done some research and read reviews I decided to purchase the Homedics SBM-300 from amazon.co.uk as it was quite cheap at £85.45 plus delivery. Having decided to splash out and have the guaranteed next day delivery it arrived very quickly and I eagerly opened the box.

Advantages: everything Disadvantages: everything only if you watch another film before
something funny to happen but it didn't and my whole family was looking at me funnily, so take my advice and watch "Meet the Spartans" afterwards. Also read my review on "Meet the Spartans" tomorrow!

Creative genius can be used on either wet hair before blow drying or on dry hair to create more of a just dragged yourself out of bed look. Either way the stuff does not give you that nasty crunchy hair look or make your hair feel kinda sticky and yeuky!
My hair is very thick and has a mind of it's own to say the least, but having used this stuff practically every day since I got it it's finally looking tamed! For flat sleek looksI would suggest you use about the size of a 10p peice if you've got shoulder length hair, work this throw your hair when wet and then blow dry as normal. The results for me have been excellent. Creative genius also has another plus to it, you don't get that nasty sticky hair feel the morning after!!! It's very easily brushed out of your hair.
Given the price of the stuff, I am please to say ...
