what this Grill does is that four minutes is all the time needed to pre-Heat. After four or five minutes, the Food you place can be Heated within five to ten minutes extra. So approximately ten minute's is what is needed to get a well Cooked, less fat, and much crispier tasting chicken.

their is a guarantee for one year provided with the product from the date of purchase. Furthermore I have used the Grill for about twelve months on a frequent basis, and have experienced no problems with the Grill.
their is a repair short guide in the manual which is good if I required spare parts for the device, or if the product requires repair, or servicing. Though due to the low cost nature of this product the best way might be to just buy a new one.

Advantages: Cooks Almost Anything, and quickly!! Disadvantages: Can be hard to clean
This is one of the most essential kitchen appliances! everyone and anyone should have this! Having had one for many months now, it still works, and looks like brand new. It has made my life as a chef (joke) at home much easier, and much more enjoyable, as i can now cook the perfect steak, and russle up a bacon sandwich in about 5minutes!
When cooking, simply put the food on the girll, be it meat, veg, chips, etc. Set the timer and press start then ... ...The main advantage of this is that it is so simple to use, and such short cooking times, due to the intense high heat that the grill reaches. The design means that the fat and other fluids drain off the grill, leaving little mess. But some is left underneath the object that is cooked. This can sometimes be hard to clewan off, depending on what it is. But cleaning is easy enough, simple wipe down with a cloth and then leave to dry. The spatula and ...

Advantages: Watch all that fat just drain away! Disadvantages: Difficult to clean when cold
We have had this grill for approx two years and we think it is fabulous. It is a much better size than the smaller ones. You can cook 4 good sized chicken breasts on this. It doesn't have a bun warmer but i really don't think that this matters.

I have had this grill for about 3 months now and I don't know how I have managed without one before. At first it got a bit of getting used to but now its a doddle. The timer function comes in very handy once you know how long certain foods take to cook, and the fact that it beeps to let you know time is up is invaluable. The best bit is seeing all of the fat dripping into the tray, (yuk!), which from some foods can be more than thought possible. ... ...the fat, and two specially shaped spatulas which I find very useful to help clean the grill plates whilst they are still warm. One downside to the grill is that it can make some foods seem rather dry especially beefburgers. Another advantage of the grill is that it has a floating hinge which enables you to cook foods up to about an inch and a half thick. Apart from the obvious bacon, sausage, burgers and chops, I have also cooked things like frozen ...

I bought the GeorgeForeman Grill some years ago when I decided I wanted my family to have a more healthy lifestyle.
Although I haven't quite conquered the timing for steaks still I find that as a rule it cooks things to perfection in a short period of time while holding the foods natural flavours. It is a great way to encourage my kids to eat well which is of course the most important thing these days.
There are however downsides to the GeorgeForeman Grill. Even the larger size is a bit small if you are cooking for a family. It can easily accommodate 4 chicken breasts, but it would be nice to be able to grill vegetables at the same time.
The worst part of the grill is the cleaning. God forbid you l/eave it until after you have eaten. It can be very difficult to clean as it can't be just thrown int the sink or dishwasher ...

It must be noted however, that particularly thick cuts of meat, are better cooked more slowly, otherwise the outside will cook much faster than the middle. The 10099GR30 Health Grill has a variable temperature control so you can cook things more slowly if required. Generally though, it is very much down to reading the instructions, practising with the elementary recipes and trial and error. As with all kitchen appliances you get the hang of it over time.
CONCLUSION
The reporters in the Which? Report state the only time they could see the advantage of owning a Health Grill is if you live in a bedsit. For the reasons set out above - I feel they are missing the point!
I do not dismiss the health reasons for owning the GeorgeForeman ...
