I have owned a grill before but this far surpasses it. When th previous met its maker (due to melting the cord on a hot hob) I was in two minds about getting a new one as although it was nearly perfect to cook with alerady cleaning the grill was always a bit of a pain. I bought this grill as it kept all the features of my previous grill such as easy cooking and healthy food.

TOP FEATURE
The main additional feature is the fact that you can remove the plates and wash them in the sink, or dishwasher (plates are dishwasher safe), great!

OTHER NEW FEATURES
The variable temperature control is excellent as well as now you can fine tune the grill to cook perfectly whether you are grilling fish or chicken. The timer is also an added bonus which just makes things much easier and makes the warm up time easy to judge (which is apparently the main reason why most people undercook food on the other grills).

The nice thing about this grill is it is big enough for the whole family, easily able to accomodate 6 chicken breasts with about 650 square centimetres of space.

RECEPIES!!
The 200 page recipe book contains cooking times and some simple recepies which are excellent for both experienced and unexperienced cooks alike with recepies for fish, chicken, pork and just about anything else that will fit in its jaws. Although I have not yet tried all of them they have all been good so far.

The silver finish makes the unit look at home in most kitchens and would blend in with most metal/chrome effect utilities.

ISSUE
One small issue is the lack of a handle to open the gril as it makes opening the grill without adjusting the controls difficult but it is just a case of being careful - maybe im being a little picky though.

MANUAL
The manual is simple very short - simply plug in and go!!
