I was bought this grill for Christmas and with all the healthy eating in mind I thought it was a rather good idea.
What you get in the box

Next are two drip trays to catch the fat and juices that run off while you are cooking, I think they give you ... ...need two if your meat is very fatty.
You are also given a spatula at first I thought it was for cleaning the grill because of its shape, it has groves in it which fit nicely along the grooves of the grill, then I realised it was to turn your food.
How to use the grill
It's a very simple idea you just plug it in and wait for the red light to turn off and you are ready to cook, oh and of course make sure your drip tray is in place before you ...

Advantages: Removes majority of fat Disadvantages: Cleaning it
We recently bought a George Foreman Grill with our wedding money. It would usually have cost £90, but we found it in the sale at Argos for £45 - Fab.

It is much less messy than using a grill/frying pan and such ...

plus because of the George Forman claim that its a
"LEANS MEAN FAT REDUCING GRILLING MACHINE"
now BARBQUES can be healthier than they have ever been and as for the disadvantage that I mentioned with a micro wave this could almost replace a cooker so another advantage would be its price which is very cheap in reguards to an electric cooker ...

We have bought a new kitchen appliance recently - it's a George Foreman Grilling Machine (Model 12617) and it is the best thing ever!! We sort of bought it 'by accident'. Mum, dad and me went into town about a week ago. We were looking around some DIY more
I LOVE my George Foreman!
Before I got the Anniversary edition I treated myself to the small version just to see how I got on with it, and to see if I would actually use it.
Within 2 weeks I had invested in this bigger better version!
Ok, it takes more
This was a present from my grandma who thought that I needed something that would allow me to have a nutritous and warm meal that was also healthy. I beleive that she was probably suggested it by some store assistant in Comet as she doesn't watch much... more
