I ordered this mail order but it is widely available in the bigger toy stores such as Toys ‘R’ Us. When I bought this I thought it would be OK for the boys to create something with myself or my husband supervising them.
When the boys opened it on Christmas morning they couldn’t wait to make chocolates.
Inside the pack there is:- ...that once the foil etc. is used you will need to go out and find somewhere that you can replace it from.
The set is well worth the money, as is the peace and quiet you get while the kids are busy.

Inside the pack there is:-
A clear instruction booklet with pictures a bag of white chocolate chips a bag of dark chocolate chips a tube of orange icing funnel a specially designed melting dish gift boxes spoon/spatula paintbrush greaseproff paper various moulds cellophane various colored foil ribbon animal shapes
The melting dish is designed in such a way that even children as young as 6 can use it without to much worrying from you. The melting dish has a hollow area that you fill with hot tap water that is then sealed and there is no fear of the child being scalded by boiling water.
The Instruction booklet gives clear ideas on how to make lovely chocolates that can be eaten straight away or gift wrapped to give to their favorite person, (hopefully you)
The animal shapes are used as a backing for foil covered chocolates in the shapes of missing animal shapes, i.e. a blue foil covered wing shape chocolate fits on the parrot animal shape. When finished the chocolates look very presentable. The moulds are all reusable and even included Easter egg shapes and when you run out of chocolate you can use any other chocolate you choose .
The kids can even make themselves their own chocolate bars with the wrappers that are included.
If I had to find a downside to this product it would be that once the foil etc. is used you will need to go out and find somewhere that you can replace it from.

I first came across this in 2002 when I saw a TV advert, but only bought it this year for my 10 year old brother Charlie's birthday. I bought it from Hasbro for £34.99.
He absolutely loves chocolate - Don't we all! So I thought it would be the perfect gift. When he opened it he was really pleased and started making chocolates right away - bless!
I think it is suitable for 7-13 year olds, but children under 9 - only with adult supervision because ... ...very hot water.
