Shown on BBC Two, and religiously on Dave (would you expect anything else?!), it?s hosted by Dara Ó Briain ? an irish comedian who has done several appearances on several other comedy panel shows such as Have I Got News For You and Never Mind The Buzzcocks. Regular panelists include Hugh Dennis, Andy Parsons, Russell Howard and Frankie Boyle?or that was until last week when Boyle declared he wished to leave the show to ?persue? other ideas. This BBC 2 topical comedy was created by Dan Patterson and Mark Leveson, for independent production company Angst Production, was first aired in June 2005, bringing 50 half hour episodes (to date) into 6 series? each one hosted by Dara O?Briain.
The theme tune is called ?News of the World? and is sung by The Jam.

When I was a kid, I adored Enid Blyton books. By far my favourites were the books based around boarding school life, or around pure fantasy, but I loved the Famous Five books too .
This is the eigth book in a 21 book series, but don't worry if you haven't read any of the others, the book is perfectly self sufficient.
The Famous Five have returned from boarding school for the easter holidays, but due to some confusion, realise their aunt and uncle have to go away, and that there will be no-one about to look after them, as the families cook is also away recovering from an illness. So, off they pop on a camping adventure, cycling through the coutryside , buying food from shops and pitching their tents where ever they feel like resting their weary heads at night.
