Advantages: fast heat up, work VERY well. Disadvantages: The price of the mens bag!! (133 pounds!!)
Bear in mindf i'm only 12 :D I got my mini styler in the mens gift bag.
I first really wanted ghd's when loads of my friends said they were brilliant. I had alook on the web and was shocked to find they were around 70 quid! i put them on my christmas list and got them!! I have used them on me and other people loads.
When i opened them i got htem out straight away and plugged them in. They heat up in seconds!!!! I pulled them through my hair and it went straight really really straight!! My old straighteners i have not thrown away because they were quite good.
I recomend these 2 any1 who is looking for a lightweight easy 2 use straightener!!!!!!

Advantages: straightens small sections of hair Disadvantages: difficult to curl large sections of hair
I had these bought for me as a birthday present. i do own the larger ghd straightners and i find it difficult to curl my hair with the normal straighteners. However, in my opinion I think these are too thin and when i try to curl my hair they dont work very well. i use them for straightening small sections of hair but find them very difficult to use for curling larger sections of hair. i would not reccomend these to a friend. however one of my friends has used them to curl her hair and found it easier, she has thicker haor than me. also my male friend used them and bought mine off me. so moght depend on hair type- i have very shiny smooth hair so might be the reason. ...
Advantages: styles your hair in so many ways.. curles, straight, waves and so much more Disadvantages: are more expensive than other hair stylers
just need to take your time and use smaller sections.
I find GHD hair straightners great because I am one of those people always rushing around and the amount of times i`ve left my straighners on is unbelievable but GHds have a sleep mode where if they have not been used in 30 minutes the heaters turn off.
The ceramic plates of the stylers are made from aluminium and get get to the temperature of 180c.
GHDs are now more rounded than they used to be to create more looks.
They have a on/off switch on the straightners themselves which is simple to use and light that will come on with them, they with make a bleep sound when you turn them on and a light will come on. When they have heated up and are ready to use, which takes less than a minute, the light will flash and you will hear another bleep sound so you know they are ready ...
