Another great thing is the bottle. It is gorgeous. It is an hour glass shape but perhaps a bit thinner. Rather like a woman's body really. The glass is frosted and a pale blue colour. I can see why they chose ... ...wearing it.

Middle notes of jasmine, sandalwood and frankincense and base notes of vanilla, musk, ambergris and apricots, The smell reminds me of Turkish Delight and does in fact smell rather like Bourjois lipglosses which also remind me of Turkish Delight.
One of the best things aboout Ghost is that it is suitable for both day and night wear. It is light but not too light. It is not a perfume which is going to be too heavy nd musky for the day, nor be too sweet for the night either.

The lid is silver but has blue frosted glass like the bottle around it so it looks as though it is part of the bottle itself.
The smell from Ghosts last a long time. It is one of the best when it comes to how long it lasts. I spray a squirt on each wrist and a couple on my neck and I can alwas smell it and the end of the day or night dpending on when I am wearing it.

...a gift. I received Ghost by Ghost recently and as this was a scent I had never tried before my heart sank!! Thankfully and much to my pleasure, I found I actually really liked this perfume.
I found this to be a very feminine perfume right from the look of the bottle, which is tall and slender narrowing at the middle with a bit of a waistline, giving the impression of a tall elegant lady!
Ghost by Ghost was first manufactured in 1999 and gives an ... ...the scent so much.
Ghost is a London based company formed in 1984 by fashion designer, Tanya Sarne, who wanted to produce a modern and interesting range of products for "the real woman". She has certainly produced a very subtle, feminine scent in Ghost, which has captured my heart.

...new discovery for me. It's Ghost Cherish. Apparently the perfume is designed to soothe you, nurture you and bring you happiness, so quite a bit to live up to!
Upon purchase you'll see that the perfume comes in a bright pink coloured cardboard box, which is trimmed with blue. The perfume make and name are written stylishly across the front in silver text. Now, I chose Ghost as the first perfume to try because it is a fragrance that my sister has been wearing lately and it has always smelled really nice - on her - but they say perfumes smell different on everyone, don't they, so I decided to try it for (on) myself.
The appearance of Ghost (ie. the packaging) is beautiful. The box is a lovely light blue. The bottle itself is a kind of light bluey-grey, tall and slim, but yet curvy. It calls ... ...you the official line on Ghost (as per Boots website anyway).
Mellow hibiscus, rose petals and musk characterise Ghost. Subtly combined jasmine, spicy sandalwood and warm incense dominate with gentleness, while the overtones of vanilla, musk, ambergris and apricot provide a satiny quality to the fragrance.
Now in my eyes (or should that be my nose!) - excuse me while I close my eyes and take a deep sniff of my wrist - well, yes OK, I actually agree ...

Advantages: Wear it anytime, Day OR Night Disadvantages: It's hard to fault!
This is quite possible my favourite perfume around at the moment, for many reasons which I will go into shortly.
I have been buying and wearing "Ghost" for nearly a year now and as of yet I have not become tired of the fragrence. The reason i bought this perfume was because two people I know wore it at the time i bought it and usually this is a big "No-no" for me because who wants to go out and smell the same your friend right? Wrong! not with "Ghost", ... ...on each person who wears it.

I bought mine on both occasions, as i do with most perfume purchases either in the airport or on the flight. This year a 100ml bottle cost me 39 Euro's bearing in mind my math isnt too good, I think that's about £27 I think. Now in the UK a 5oml bottle in Boots for example will cost about £25 I believe, 100ml will set you back quite a reasonable £32 approx. Still I recommend buying it in the airport ...

Advantages: Body lotion works well, fragrance is fresh and girly, plenty of pink Disadvantages: No big ones, body lotion could be a little stronger.
This is the only place I could find to review a gift set I have of Ghost Cherish EDT adn body lotion.
The set comes in a fairly sturdy box (pink, my favourite colour) which I will be keeping to use for storing craft stuff later as the box smells of the EDT.
The 30ml bottle of EDT is similar to the original shown in the picture, but is clear and the liquid is pink (very girly). I personally love the smell, but feel it will be like the original, you will love it or hate it. The Ghost website describes it as 'having tones of pink grapefruit, apple, freesias, rose, lotus flowers and cedarwood'. I'm not an expert on perfume, but my opinion is that it is a strong, fresh smell, that has a slight sweet hint to it.
I've found that I've worn the perfume more for day wear than anything else, as it isnt too overpowering, and stronger ...

My absolute favourite perfume has to be the ghost light blue as it has a sweet sense to it but it is not that overpowering sweetness. I also find that it is very refreshing and will last all day long. You can wear it for day and night and it will not fade and you only need a couple of sprays from it. Ghost light blue also lasts you at least a couple of months even if you purchase the 30ml bottle unlike some other perfumes that don't last that long.
What I like about ghost light blue is that it is a fragrance you can wear all year long unlike some others where you can only wear them for the winter or summer because of certain scents that they all have whereas Ghost light blue does not have that.

Ive never tried any ghost products before so I thought it best to get a tester of ghost deep night fragrance. This product was created in 2001.
I am pleasantly suprised, as this suttle fragrance is sensual, feminine and lasts well.
The predominant smells are vanilla and peach, on the whole it could be described as being floral and fruity, its a tasty smell, strange I know but it reminds me of certain fruits.
The amount you need is minimal and you will have a suttle fragrance for a number of hours.
This is a great fragrance for those whom prefer the more timid types of perfume, although it doesnt fade too much.
The main smells are apricot, vanilla and peach, It is a light fresh, fruity smell.
