Advantages Tastes good, and natural, easy and quick to use.
Disadvantages Needs using up within a month of opening.

I love the taste of garlic, and I also enjoy growing it, but I can't stand the smell when I am preparing it. I don't mind it so much when I am cooking, as I think the other ingredients help to mask the distinctive odour a little. For this reason I was attracted to Gia's Garlic Puree, as it saves the skining and crushing of the cloves. I have now been using it for a year, and I have been impressed with the quality of the flavour and how easy it is to use.
