Having used Gigabye Motherboards in the past and never had any trouble with them the wisest thing to do was to keep to Gigabyte.
We decided on the Gigabyte GA-945P-DS3 purely on the features it offered.

Fitting
Was simply a job of lining the screw holes up in the case but make sure you are earthed as it is so easy to fry a motherboard!
This motherboard has plenty of room for everything and is very well laid out although once you have your graphics card in one of the pci express x 1 slots becomes almost unuseable unless you have a very thin card due to the proximity of the graphics card.
I would definately recommend this motherboard though.
