Gillette Blue II Plus Razors

Advantages: Not too bad a shave. Cheap. Lubrastrip prevents too many nicks and cuts.
Disadvantages: Not as good a shave as with a "swivel-head" razor.

Advantages: Very clean shave, Lubrastrip on each blade so less likely to get cut
Disadvantages: As with all blades with fixed heads there is a likelyhood to get small cuts

...been a avid user of Gillette Shaving products throughout the years starting with the Contour and currently using the Sensor. Could quite possibly be the best that you can get. They do do the job and are not pricey. Loathe as I am to buy disposables (so as not to offend our planet) I do give in and buy a packet of these from time to time. Having compared them with quite a few other brands and their individual razors I would recommed these. The blades are sharp but will not cut you to ribbons (unlike our friend the Lynx). I BOUGHT THESE RAZORS BECAUSE THE SUPERMARKET DID NOT HAVE MY NORMAL BRAND OF SHAVER I THOUGHT THAT THEY LOOKED A BIT HARSH BUT I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED. THE SHAVORS GLIDED OVER MY LEGS GIVING ME A REALLY CLOSE AND SMOTH SHAVE.
