It’s quite a thick shaving foam, which is always good when your having a shave. It serves a good shaaving lubrication function.
It has a good smell/aroma; as I usually have a shave before going out it’s another nice smell for the ladies. If you don’t like it, then there are other scents available ... ...What more can I say? Gillette ‘Pacific Light’ is a quality shaving product, and should be considered for all men, sorry to exclude women in this but it’s scented for men, but there are women’s products available. It’s is a little expensive, compared to it’s rivals, but you generally pay for quality…………

This product, without being able to go into any further detail, it’s a men’s shaving foam. Used for facial lubrication when us men need a shave. It’s there to lessen the risk of shaving rash of cutting yourself when wet shaving.

This produce does, in my opinion cause a little less irratation that other products but is the best currnetly on the market. Especially with it's 'Sensitive Skin' range.
***PROBLEMS/BAD POINTS***
There are thankfully very little problems of this product. All that I can say, is that many will be tempted by it’s alternatives, as many are at such an attractive price (Very cheap). So basically maybe the price is a little high, that’s all really.
***PRICE***
This shaving product usually costs between £3 and £4, depending on which place you buy it. In my opinion the best place you can buy this is usually in supermarket. LOOK OUT FOR 2 FOR 1 OR 3 FOR 2 offers. It’s an alright price, but other alternatives are available cheaper. Shaving foam without known brand names especially like those offered buy supermarkets. Some costing as little as 99p. But be warned cheap alternatives are not the same, I have tried them and they are hopeless. They don’t foam properly, spread to thin, run out to quick and smell horrid. Don’t even consider the cheaper option!
***AVAILABILATY***
This product is available everywhere as it’s such a well know brand name. It available in many shops including;
Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots, All chemists, Spar, Londis.
***SUMMERY***
What more can I say? Advantages: It's a shaving foam which does what it's supposed to. Disadvantages: Hard to dispense the foam from the can, too expensive.
...standard as shaving foam goes. Gillette have quite a range of shving foams avaiable, all of which are the same apart from the scent.
It is advertised as 'Skin Balanced with Moisturisers'. Well, to be honest, I cannot tell the difference between this and most other brands of shaving foam. I haven't noticed any particular differences with this product. It has a similar consistancy to others and you are still vunerable to cutting yourself. It's all ... ...applicate the foam. With the Gillette range, you have to apply significant presure on the button to release the foam. I personally get irritated by this.
My advice would be to use another brand that doesn't cost a great deal. This one costs around £2-£3 per can, which is too much in comparison to what is avaiable. If you wish to use a foam (not a decent product like the King of Shaves range), I suggest you buy a 'home' brand from your supermarket. ...

I have been using the Gillette Pacific Light shaving foam for about a year now. I find it has a fresh manly scent to it and not like the basic shaving foams smells. It costs around £2.19 to buy and comes in a 250ml can. The can is blue with black and dark blue writing.
Gillette pacific light shaving foam gives you an extra rich lather with moisturisers your skin as you shave and contains aloe. It helps protect extra sensitive skin and used with ... ...You could also use the Gillette aftershave after shaving.
It’s rich and creamy and gives you a really close shave and as it moisturises as you shave you don’t get a shaving rash afterwards. I enjoy using the Gillette shaving foam each time I shave (and so does my other half she uses it to shave her legs).
It is really good value for money and would recommend it to anyone who asked me about it. I have told my mates about it and they have tried it ...

Following on nicely from my razor blade of choice in my last opinion this is my current shavingfoam, in the Gillette series PacificLight fragrance.
Basically this is the gel that you use on your face before shaving. It helps on the face to make a better cut with less pain for yourself. I was not too picky about what sorts of shavingfoam I used at first. Gillette are famous for their range of bathroom and shaving products, and I use a Gillette razor blade so I also decided to use their own brand foam. It comes in a variety of fragrances, all as good as each other in my opinion but this is on the PacificLight version.
