Advantages: Attractive packaging, lush tropical scent Disadvantages: Shave gel bars dont last long, not a close enough shave
...its far too expensive as they only last 3/4 times. I am now going back to using the original Gillette Venus blades as these are far less cheaper than this and i dont care if i have to buy shaving gel...at least this can last for months!!! Very disappointed!!! ...

...time i used it the gillette venus breeze, theshaving gel bars both fell off, and the second time i used it the handle snapped in half. I have always used gillette razors and never had any trouble before. On the positive side, it smells lovely, and also after phoning gillette and telling them of this experience they have sent me a voucher to replace the broken razor and were very friendly and helpful. On reflection, i would not buy the gillette venus ...

Advantages: Great close shave and softness Disadvantages: Committment to buying refils
I really like this product!! I found that the gel bars were really good and i got a great close shave. They softened quickly in the water and made my legs really smooth. The blades do last longer than the gel bars so a possible down point because if you still want the nice post shave softness, then you will have to get a replacement head. I do like the colour as well, a purple razor is a nice touch on the edge of the bath.
