Advantages Leaves you smooth, attractive

Disadvantages pricey!

Shaving has never been appealing to me - as legs get stubbly within 3-4 days. i have tried everything; waxing, hair removing creams........ not a good idea. Waxing is ideal if you have high pain tollerance and can afford to have it done at a salon, but sadly neither of these apply to me.

Gillette for Women Venus Razor costs around £5.49 and you can get it from boots, superdrug, ect. It comes in a very strong plastic packet, which you can to cut open. It comes in a plastic case with 3 spare baldes. It has a long blue handle with a pale blue grip - this helps stop it slipping when its wet. The razor is long and narrow with a rubbery handle. It is very easy to use. A 4-year-old could work out how to fit the blades on - they just clip on. To remove the blade, you press the dark blue button behind the head of the razor and i just comes off. You even know when to change it because the blue strip fades. It comes with a little information booklet about the razor and refills for the blades.

It is quite big and bulky compared to the sensor excel razor - so it felt big at first because i am used to a much smaller razor.

I was suprised to find that with one stroke it makes the surface you are shaving smooth. The blades are spaced far enough apart that your hairs dont get all stuck inside. The result is great; hair free smooth legs.

The razors three blades are very useful. I cant say that I know how its done, but it is a very close shave without cutting you at all. The razor bladeis an ovaly shape which is more comfortable than oblong ones. This also allows easy access to those hard to get to areas of the body! The blue indicator strip shows that the razor is fine, and when it fades, it means that you need to change the blade. You can buy the blades in packs of 4 for £5.99 from boots, superdrug and sainsburys, or £4.49 for the razor and £3.99 for the heads at savers!

I know that it isnt cheap, but it is certainly worth the money. The blades last long enough, and you are left with an amazing result. Much cheaper and less painful than waxing!
