With rich cream boosts radiance Gently exfoliating and improving the texture of the skin For dry or normal skin use once or twice a week For oily skin use daily
Advantages: Affordable, cleans, easy to apply, lathers quickly, gentle, leaves skin smooth Disadvantages: Doesn't moisturise, doesn't live up to all of the claims
...any scientific purchase the results and quality of the product are on a par with far more expensive exfoliators available.
If you will pardon the pun, the exfoliator is simple to dispense and to completely cover my body a blob of around 2cm in diameter is all that is required. As it is dispensed onto the hands it honestly doesn’t feel like an exfoliator as it is quite thick and the bits used to exfoliate can’t be felt at all until you start to massage it into the skin. The thick consistency makes the exfoliator very easy to apply and as it is spread over the body becoming thinner it is then that the bits start to become evident. Once the bits within the exfoliator can be felt whilst massaging it into the skin it starts to lather up beautifully, but instead of having the same effect as a soap or normal shower gel, the lather is neither rich...

...it says?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
According to the bottle this product is described as a "Revitalising Shower Scrub is rich in exfoliating beads and sea minerals to help gently remove dead skin cells and improve skin tone. For maximum benefit use daily, apply by gentlymassaging the body under a warm shower to help increase the blood circulation and leave skin looking radiant"
Well I am not sure that I would describe my skin as 'radiant' after use but I certainly did feel invigorated and clean. I was a bit surprised to find the name Sara Lee on the bottle as I had always associated the brand with cakes and puddings but clearly Radox is now part of the group!
The product I used came in a 250ml bottle and cost £1.48 at Tesco but is currently on offer at 2 for £2
I enjoyed my shower using this product and I will certainly buy it again....
Advantages: Does the job ok Disadvantages: Sensitive skins may react, price
...I like a lot of the Clinique skin and make-up products, and so gave this a whirl.
The blurb "Fine grains in a cream base suitable for all skin types. De-flakes, polishes, clears pores, refines and helps lessen fine lines."
The cost: £14.50 for 100ml.
Packaging: Clinique green tube ( similar to an average handcream tube, with a flip top lid ).
After cleansing the face you apply this grainy white cream all over your face ( I use it on my neck too ), and gentlymassage, obviously avoiding the delicate eye area. It doesn't foam. I find that lightly dampening my skin with water before I apply it helps it work better.
I have sometimes sensitive skin and it does feel rather ' scratchy ' as I'm gentlymassaging it around, however, beauty is pain etc, so I persevere.
After massaging for a couple of minutes, I rinse the cream off my face...
