Having recently visited Tenerife (for the first time during the British summer holiday period), one of my favourite trips out was to one of the islands many of the perfume shops. Yes, there are lots to choose from and because of this fact you can get some excellent deals or discounts. I love to smell the pleasant aromas and in particular, like to buy aftershaves for my hubby, Shane. On this particular shopping trip I choose Givenchy Gentlemen After Shave Lotion for him to wear. The reason I choose it was because I loved the smell on his sun-warmed skin.
We all know that our holidays are precious and they can be spent in many ways, whether considering a crazy night in the city, a day on the beach, or a quiet picnic in a field, I felt that Givenchy Gentlemen After Shave Lotion will be at home at any of these venue. It is also a comfortable fragrance to wear at a formal evening too. It can be worn with a tailored suit to show everyone that you too can be sophisticated sometimes! (Yes, I do get Shane in a suit occasionally.)

Givenchy Gentlemen After Shave Lotion 50mls bottle £20.99 recommended retail price within the United Kingdom, which is on a par with many other fragrances on sale today for men in Boots, Debenhams, House of Frasier and many other department stores selling designer male toiletries. (I must admit I did not pay that much out in Tenerife).
So the next time I smell Givenchy Gentlemen After Shave Lotion, on Shane, I will remember my first every summer holiday in Tenerife. Humm sun, sea and s… (enough said!)

...class fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy in 1974. Given that Givenchy was the official designer for many of the biggest Hollywood stars of the 1950s and 60s we would expect something special - he does not disappoint!
This fine fragrance contains bergamot, lemon, rose and is accented with honey, amber and vanilla making Givenchy Gentleman perfect for any formal occasion. The overall smelling sensation is mossy and oriental, very refined and very ... ...I can well imagine a character like James Bond wearing Givenchy Gentleman.
One slight complain is the relatively high price, but as I said, this is not a product meant for the 'man in the street'. Overall verdict: an absolutely classic fragrance - the male equivalent to Chanel No.5. ...
