Givenchy is well known for being a premium brand. moreso for perfumes rather than make up, but the quality of their make up is excellent and i have several pieces of their make up in my make up bag, including this eyeshadow.
It comes in a quartet of four colours from a light cream/gold colour, a pinky brown, a hazelnut brown and a darker chocoloate brown. The eyeshadow itself is of a great quality and you can feel this when applying the eyeshadow. It doesnt crease and stay put pretty much all day which is great!
On the top segment of the compact are the shadows then underneath it comes with three applicator brushes, which is great as most normally come with one. You get two normal sized applicator brushes and one fine applicator brush for those difficult to reach parts of your eye.

I bought this as part of a promotion from boots, even though I had never tried it before I decided to splash out.
Although it is quite pricey (I paid around £15 from boots for a normal sized one), this stuff is absolutely wonderful. It is by far the best mascara that I have tried. It goes on really nicely, and seems to make the lashes thicker and longer. It gives a nice finish which is not clumpy, and it does not give 'tarantula eyes' (because what could be worse!)
It is expensive, but so worth it and it really makes you feel a little bit special when you wear it. I highly recommend it. Although you may feel like you a paying for a brand name, this is the best mascara I have ever tried. 5 stars! ...

Rimmel is one of my favourite brands, it's not too expensive and the quality's good. In my opinion, mascara is this brand's speciaity as they never seem to disappoint. This mascara retails at £6.99 which isn't bad, it lasts a fairly long time and makes your eyes look lovely. You can buy iy from Boots, Superdrug and many online stores too.
It comes in shades black (001) and brown (002), I bought the black which is very intense and really makes your eyes look glamourous. It comes in a red and black bottle with a slight curve to the lid. They also do a waterproof version which I think is excellent as even in the rain, it didn't budge an inch. The waterproof version comes in a black and blue bottle, the blue replacing the red on the normal version.
