Advantages NONE THEY ARE THE WORST STORE ON THE PLANET
Disadvantages Steal your glasses, Do not respond
DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS STORE
I sent in my tom ford glasses two weeks ago to the store using the online order form, attached my name, number and address with al other relevant details. This was sent via recorded delivery and it was signed by their store, as there is proof from royal mail. I got through to them on first contact and they said they had not received and they would give me a call back.Til today I have not heard from them nor have I got my tom ford glasses back. They no longer pick up my phone calls or reply my emails.
Why would they just take my glasses for no reason?DO NOT USE.
