Do not use them. I placed an order on 7/9 for a Magimix food processor as an engagement present for my niece. Go Electric debited my credit card immediately, even though they didn't have the item in stock. On 10/9 they offered an alternative, which they also didn't have in stock and could not obtain for an extended period. 'Phone calls I made to them were not returned on three separate occasions. I cancelled the order verbally and by e-mail on 15/9, but they didn't refund my card and I have had to dispute the transaction with the card issuer.

I ORDERED BISSELL ALL ROUNDER CARPER CLEANER ON THURSDAY AND RECEIVED DELIVERY ON TUESDAY AS PROMISSED. VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE, WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Do Not buy anything from them! Try to Order a Dyson DC22 on Monday, they charge the money in 1sec. On Wednesday I wrote an e-mail to them ask about where is the item, no reply until Sunday.I Called them on Thursday, and they said the item is not in stock until next Monday, and MAY delivery to me in mid next week.

Ordered online a tv stand, for several days the online account said order processing. checked it before i went away for few days it was still the same they tried to deliver it that afternoon!! Contacted them terrible attitude all my fault i wasnt in, wanted to charge me delivery! DONT GO NEAR PLENTY OF GOOD FIRMS ABOUT.

I am delighted with the service I received from Go Eletrical. I wanted a Dualit New Gen 4 slice toaster and after alot of research both on the High Street and online I found Go Electrical were the cheapest. I placed my order last weekend with some trepidation after reading several unfavourable reviews. Sure enough my credit card was charged immediately and when I called on Monday to check if the item was in stock I was advised it would take a couple of weeks for them to get one in.
