Goa, A paradise on Earth

Just to celebrate my new year party I have been to Goa since last 2 days. I am going to stay here till 2nd of January which means my 31st Night (the last night of 2012) will be in this paradise. This is simply superb. With lot of Portuguese cultures all around this place has complete blend of West with Eastern culture. Just with the onset of Christmas, this place turns into a bride with all party, music and dance all night on beaches.

Just happen to meet Fady and Anna at the beach with the pint of beer when i figured out that they are from United States. When they asked me which are the best beaches around, I couldn't stop myself helping them and just listed down the names of beaches like :
  • Candolim beach
  • Palolem Beach
  • Baga Beach
  • Mabor Beach
  • Dona Paula Beach

The first three were the busiest one with lots of crowd movement however the 4th beach is quite and you can actually listen to the waves hitting the shore. The food is completely awesome and all fresh sea food. The hotels are very expensive during the festive season from 25th December to 2nd January. Even the smallest of rooms are sold for a very high price just because its a fact that if not you, someone else will book the room and the hotel cashier is anyways happy showing attitude.

Night life is again as a party goer expects always. A lot of Asians and Americans chose their destination to celebrate vacations. Just for safety, try not to roam during nights alone. Its little unsafe if you carry lot of money with you.

A must visit place when you are in India. Try fresh prawns gravy when you are at Baga Beach. The taste is tastier than anything.
